How soon after I place my order will it ship?

All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within two business days of receipt of the order. Expedited orders (2nd Day Air) are prioritized in our queue for rapid processing; however, that not does guarantee your order will be delivered within two days. By requesting 2nd Day shipping, you’re ensured that your order will be delivered within two business days after it has left our facility. We make every effort to ship orders daily; however, due to heavy volume, we are not always able to do so. Also, UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their 2nd Day Air service.

How do I get a tracking number for my package?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account to find the tracking number assigned to your package after it ships.

If you have a tracking number and UPS is your carrier, track your package on the UPS self-tracking page.

If you have a tracking number and USPS is your carrier, track your package on the USPS self-tracking page.

Do you ship orders on holidays?

Although we can take online orders 24/7, our warehouse will be closed and won’t ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day.

How do I return or exchange a product?

For sanitary reasons, and in accordance with State and Federal health-code regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any opened novelty items. In order to protect our customer’s personal hygiene and safety, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. All novelty sales are final. Shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and unopened packaging. Used returned merchandise will be discarded, and no exchange/refund will be issued. If original packaging and seal are intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit less a 15% restocking fee. To obtain an RA#, contact Customer Service to explain why you are returning your product. We will email the RA# and instructions. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice), or the return will be ineligible for credit.

What do I do if the shipping carton is damaged on arrival?

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. If package is delivered to you opened, tampered with, re-taped, or damaged, please notify Customer Service immediately and save all shipping containers for UPS/USPS inspection. These steps must be taken to ensure replacement of any damaged goods.

What happens if my order is refused?

All refused packages will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. If re-shipment is requested, additional shipping fees will apply.
